Hello,

My name is John M and I am from India. Thank you Dr Amen for all the great work that you do. I would’ve really liked to get a SPECT scan done, however due to the current geographical restrictions, I enrolled for the Healing ADD in 30 days course and took the online tests.

I have a Brain Type 8 as per the BFL assessment and a combination type (Overfocused, Limbic and Anxious ADD) as per the ADD test.
Due to my history with Panic Disorder, I get panicky before taking any kind of supplement or medication, thinking that once consumed, things may go very wrong and I may need to get hospitalized, and hence am very wary of taking any kind of supplement or medication.

Being a multi acting neurotransmitter supplement, would Neurolink be a good supplement for me to take? I would also like to take the Brain and Memory Power Boost for better memory, learning and for brain optimization.

Thank you

?What do you think of Premier Protein?  It has 30 gm of protein and 1 g of sugar and 160 cal.  It was recommended by a dietitian as a way to get enough protein efficiently.  I have been using it for a while and have benefited from it especially early in the AM or when I have a low blood sugar feeling.  It has a combination of proteins that include whey and/or milk protein.  Your recommendations are to eliminate dairy.  That boost of protein early is very helpful. Do you have something similar or know of something?  Or is the modified milk protein ok?  I am loosing weight but slowly.  ???  Thanks.  Emily

Premier Protein has both sucralose and acesulfame potassium, both of which are artificial sweeteners that can upset blood sugar, and damage our good gut bacteria. Try our Omni Protein instead, which is plant based, great tasting, and doesn’t have any artificial sweeteners!

Upon waking, I take SAMe & Neurolink (x2) on an empty stomach.  I recently starting taking Serotonin Mood Support (x2 — x2).  Is it OK to take that as well upon waking along with the SAMe & Neurolink?  Please advise.  Thank you. ICG
