Where to start

So my body sucks since having my 2 boys!
Let me back up a little… I was diagnosed in 5th grade with ADHD by a neurologist with eeg & many tests.  I will never forget the Dr. asking my mom if I could just sit still and her saying “No, that’s why we are here”.

AFter I had my first child, breast fed and went back on meds NOTHING worked.  My son was getting tubes and I had to read a simple paragraph to follow directions and no matter how hard I tried could not focus to do it.  Then 5 months after stopping breast feeding, went through a hormonal shift which caused almost daily migraines. I also have genetically high cholesterol.  I have had blood test after blood test come back “normal” and MRI’s normal, and everything they can possible text me more.  As a neuropsych my neurologist recently sent me to said… “You have superior intelligence but can’t remember a d*** lick of it”

I’m EXHAUSTED and have little drive at this point and now I am noticing more frustration which I don’t want to impart on my 2 boys (5 and 2~ 5 year old has an ADHD diagnosis and sensory processing diagnosis).

Where should I start first ? I feel like I have tried so many options only for no help.  What should I start with to at least start getting some relief to help me move forward?

Get your important numbers checked. Take Webneuro to establish a baseline and consider the supplements for your type.  Then slowly, do the One Thing a day to begin to plant long term brain health into your life and take a few minutes each day to journal.  I have seen many people like you in my career and know it is hard, but consistent effort and practice with our tools can really help.
