I’m not that good on the computer and I clucked off my last post. In my 20’s I was hospitalized 8 rs rride y nd disorder once for 6 months. Haven’t been hospitalized for about 30 years since. I have a ill husband in a nursing that I had tried my best to keep him out of. Three agencies came out including hospice and they all quit. He was put in Newport Bay Hospital and then put in a nursing. Iv’e been married 30 years to my husband . I also help my mom out who has Alzheimer’s. IVe had to get rid of a crazy tenant through social services, get power of attorney for my husband, now representative payee through social security. Now I’m in the process of getting conservatorship for my husband that is being fought in court by a few family members. I’m trying to play table tennis and dance but keep hurting my neck somehow and don’t always get to play table tennis . I’m quit good. Used to be ranked in tennis. The reason I’m telling all of this is because I’m starting to have it difficult. I’m losing things sell the time , got my 1st traffic ticket in 20 years backed up into 2 cars and have been upset a lot as well as staying up all night studying trying to figure out my diet and everything else. I take haldolperidol 5 mg tranzodone 50 mg and lithium 300. Do you have any suggestions of supplements to take safely with my medication. I’m at my wits end . Thanks melinda

I think I would start with NeuroVite Plus, Omega 3 Power and Brain and Memory Power Boost.  We put them together in Brain and Body Power and Brain and Body Power Max, which is stronger. Either one of those is a good place to start.

Thank you very much.  I already take neurovite plus and I am waiting for the supplement dept. To get back to me on which way would be the most economical way to go since I already have two nuerovite plus. I also want to get back to the brain warriors class, unfortunately I stopped because I was busy. I want to get back to all the classes but don’t know how to log on. I’m waiting for the technical support class to get back to me. Thanks to Tana I’m off soy and dairy completely, even my morning oatmeal. It’s been about 3 months and have lost 3 lbs. eating like a pig. I eat so much more and don’t gain weight. I probably should lose 5 or 10 1bs to look my best. I thought at 1st, who’s this crazy lady telling me to quit my morning oatmeal and yogurt.? But she definetely  knows what she’s talking about and works hard to get it out to people. Thank you both for all your emails and face book posts. Very interesting!,

You have so many challenges and you are handling them as well as possible. Who do you have for a support system? do you have a therapist or a group? I know I needed help with the challenges I was facing and it so wonderful there are people out there and I also found a friend with the same issues and we give each other frequent support. Obviously you are a strong person. this website with the meditation and hypnosis has been valuable to me. Also it is very important to eat a very healthy diet and keep your strength up. Table tennis. Fantastic. I am simply no good at it. Wish I were.

Even if you’re not “good at it”, if it’s fun, and helping you to learn something new it has a lot of value!

No kidding it has a lot of value. I would of fouled up my court case if  the owner of my the salon I go to get my nails done didn’t graciously walk me through printing documents at the library so I could sign them. My son doesn’t think I know what I’m doing so he’s fighting me in court about  my husbands conservatorship. I’ve gotten 3 lawyers helping and there doing it out of the kindness of there heart. I’ve only paid $500 dollars for court fees. Anyway the computer has given me quite a headache . My son is not crazy has his own business and I am hoping some day he will come see you guys. Right now we’re not supposed to talk. I think my son could use some of your supplements. When he has kids I m hoping to cook some of Tana s great recipes for them . I don’t know if I call it fun but I get to keep in contact with a lot of great people including my friends, thank you melinda

If you are talking about table tennis Zoe. The problem is it takes 2 people to play. I have had bad hand eye coordination. Had a concussion once. who knows. My children have good hand/eye coordination.
