For the past 22 years, you have given into the behavior of not taking care of your Type 1 diabetes (so presumably you have burned uber deep tracks in your brain that you make you do that again), will it take another 22 years if every time I say NO, that it’s not true, I don’t have to NOT take care of my Type 1 diabetes by doing x-self defeating behavior, to strengthen my “NO connection”?
Also, I love the ANT technique…. and it occurred to me that I must do every single ANT every day when I’m at work…. So I decided to paint a reminder to put by my bedroom door, so that I remember the thought process before I leave for the day.
