What are your thoughts about Garcinia?  Good or bad?

Garcinia cambogia has received much attention in recent years for potential weight loss benefits, but there is also concern for potential liver toxicity from use. As much as we would like to believe it can, relying on a supplement for weight loss does not give us the long term results, or knowledge that a whole foods diet, adequate sleep and movement, and stress management does. What were you considering using it for? – Coach Zoe

Helping with weight loss. Not using it that much, directions say twice a day 30 minutes before meals and I take it maybe once a day before breakfast and sometimes before dinner if I remember. Also including exercise and a brain healthy diet from Tana’s cookbook.
