I have tried taking the Webneuro test twice: yesterday and today. Both times it “glitched” at the same spot…the last test…the maze. It did not reload and let me continue. It only let me go back to the homepage.

I had a similar issue but when I went to “Test My Brain” and scrolled down to Comprehensive Brain Assessment, I was able to download my results.

I can’t even seem to get through the sign in — what user name and password should I be using? the one I use for the site doesn’t work
I had the same problem. Clicking ‘forgot password’ and resetting it worked for me.

I thought that I saw another neuro assessment beside the regular brain assessment but I’m not able to find it again. Do you know where I would click on to get it? It’s the one that says to use a mouse when taking it however I don’t have one so I’m going to try anyway. Let me know

I was finishing test up on last test #15 and it took me to google page. Is that test lost? can it be found. Does this happen? what to do? let me know 🙂

it said Error no download, I call customer service and they said they would call me back and send an email and never got either one. I understand computer cliches. but very discouraged. Going on to other things that are not that confusing. blessings and thank you for your help
I have been trying to to the WebNeuro all day, but all I get is a blank page. I was trying on Safari and now I’m trying on Firefox, but no success. I can still download my previous results, but I’d really like to retake it.
oh yes, I understand you would love to retake it. I hope we find out this glitch fixing soon. Have you called customer service yet? I have months ago they have not gotten back to me yet. I wonder. Do you know by any chance? blessings peace Persistence is a must. 🙂
I was able to retake it about two weeks ago. I was redirected to another site and had to create another password and then was able to use it. Hope you have success!
