Has the errors in the Brain WebNeuro test been resolved? I contacted support weeks ago and they said they were aware of the issue and would let me know when it was fixed. I reached out again after no results and never received a reply. Really interested in completely that test but both times I did it, it froze after the module 1.

Hi I am having the same issue, emailed regarding and someone was to get back to me but no joy as yet. Could you chase this up for me also? I understand that we are in difficult times at the moment.

Is there any update on this fix? I have been waiting over two months for a response.

I have the same issue, also have done the test again yesterday and have had to email support as no joy with results being sent. Very frustrating.

Sorry to edit my last message I now have an email with my results. Maybe safer retaking the test and hopefully you get the results this time.
