I have listened to the Instructional Video: How to Use Brain Fit Life which is great. At this point I am trying to take the Webneuro test and it freezes at the first page of questions. ???

Same thing happened to me.
I was able to make it through the first three questions of Assessment 2 and it will not advance past this point.

Hello everyone, we are aware of the problem, and are working on fixing it. We will let you know when this feature is back up and running.
The workaround to this is to Zoom in or out on your browser.
Hold down the Control button (or command button on Macs) and press either the + or – button. This will zoom the browser in or out.
I would like to know more about what everyone is experiencing.
The problem users are reporting is not being able to get to the ‘next’ button at the bottom of the page.
Freezing is a different problem.

Hi have they fixed the issue of not being able to connect with a lenova laptop. I don’t even see the link. Have spoken to customer service and they were going to see if that could be worked on. I would love to take the test!

Hello Creags,
There should be no issue in Lenovo laptops working with the Webneuro test. I assume you are using Windows 10 on either Chrome or Safari browser. The test does not work well on Internet explorer.
