Found out the pipes in the house have 5 ppm in lead, but read that any amount in water is bad. I use a PUR filter to take out lead, but it no longer takes out fluoride. Do you have any water filter recommendations? I had a reverse osmosis table top model in the 80’s but don’t see any for sale now.Thanks!

If you can afford the higher price, I would recommend a filter that offers both reverse osmosis AND remineralization if possible. There is one counter-top version I’ve found here though most are under the sink including mine, which I love. If these are cost-prohibitive, I would get something like this, that removes many contaminants.
