Hello,

I was reading on the BrainMD website about the role of tyrosine in helping with multitasking.
woyld this be appropriate for someone who has a lot of multitasking responsibilities but can als tend to overfocus?

Hi Erin-
What brain type are you?  Tyrosine helps to increase focus, so if you are having trouble over-focusing, I would suggest instead that you try Serotonin Mood Support in addition to the fundamental supplements of Multivitamin, Probiotic, Vitamin D, and Omega-3. Best!
