Type 1 Impulsive or not Impulsive

My Brain Health Assessment indicated I have a Brain Type 1, which according to my report suggests people with this brain type are focused, have good impulse control etc, however after watching Brain Fit Life Lesson 1 Dr Amen suggests people with Brain Type 1 have poor impulse control, are easily distracted and have low pre-frontal activity. I am feeling confused and hoping someone can confirm which information is correct

Your report is correct! Type 1 are considered balanced and healthy overall with high brain function. We are checking to make sure the numbers correlate on the video. Sorry for the confusion!

Oddly enough, I got Type 1 but can honestly say at the moment I have poor impulse control (at least with food!) and can easily be distracted from a task but a noticing another thing that needs attention…kind of like a butterfly going from flower to flower.  I am wondering if he means that even though type 1 is basically balance, which I would say I am, they can still fall into these issues that should be dealt with…balanced but by no means perfect?  I will have to watch lesson 1.
