how does your supplement restful sleep compare to tranzodone? Are the doses in milligrams about the same? Does everyday stress relief have any interactions with low doses of lithium or haldoperidol?

Restful Sleep is a combination of vitamin B6, magnesium, melatonin, valerian, and GABA, which all help to promote greater relaxation, but also have other beneficial effects to your brain and body health including reduction of anxiety, antioxidants, and muscle relaxation among many others. You can hear Dr. Amen speak about the benefits of Restful Sleep more directly at https://www.brainmdhealth.com/restful-sleep

There are no specific interactions between Every Day Stress Relief and lithium or haldoperidol, but you should always let your physician know when you add any supplements to your regimen as he/she has your full health history.

Thank you very much. I made a mistake. I meant to ask comparison between tranzodone and serotonin mood support. What is the milligram comparison or is there one? I will talk to my doctor but I will not see probably see him until September.

There is not a direct comparison due to different ingredients and mechanisms of action, but both have an effect on serotonin in the body. Serotonin Mood Support naturally enhances a positive mood with vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, saffron, and 5-HTP. Ask a nutritionally informed physician about the benefits of each for you personally. -Coach Zoe

Zoe I ordered a bottle of everyday stress relief and serotonin mood support. My doctor said to try one 1st then if I wanted to add the other in two or three weeks. I took my 1st dose of everyday stress relief tonight. So far so good. I wanted to know what is the best time to take it and how long or how many hours does the effect last. I took all 4 pills just about at the same time and ii seems  to work. Maybe it’s too soon to tell but I already seem less frazzled.

It’s wonderful to hear you are already feeling the benefit of this supplement. I would take it during the day to get the benefit of stress support during waking hours. It is best taken just after eating, so you can try with breakfast or lunch. Best! – Zoe

Thanks I also added 2 pills of seotonin mood support. Seemed to do the trick. My doctor said since I take such a small dose of tranzidobe that it shouldn’t interfere with the serotonin  mood support. My goal is to either get off of trans done or lower it again and add the serotonin mood support. 1at day in quite a while I felt peaceful. Been having very difficult situations to deal with lately.      I think for a normal person they would be quite challenging. Thanks again

forgot to ask. Is it better to take all 4 pills of the everyday stress relief at once or to spread them out 2 and 2. I just don’t know how many hours the effect is and I don’t want it to wear off. I took all 4 pills this morning and like I said  took two serotonin mood supports along with it. Yvan just you for your help. I am grateful

The recommended dose is once per day of 4 capsules, which seems to be working well for you. 🙂

2 pills of serotonin mood support in the morning and 3 pills of everyday stress relief along with 5 mcgs of cytomel, along with a low dose of estrogen and progesteron in the afternoon , and at night 50 mg of trazodone., 5 mg of  haldoperidol and 300mg of lithium at night seems to do the trick. I didn’t like a higher dose of trazodone because it made me so sleepy. Now I have tons of energy lowering the trazodone without the nervousness..

Adding serotonin mood support and restful sleep seems to keep me a calmer and I’m not losing things constantly. I still eventually want to get off of trazodone but need a little to sleep, 50 mg. I read it  can take up to a year to be symptom free getting off of trazodone. I also read if you want to stop trazodone you need to taper off 12.5 milligrams every 4 to 6 weeks. I don’t think I’m ready at this time to do that since I’m do so well . i have been taking neurovite plus over one year now and then added  omega-3 power. There excellent. . I also take other supplements  Dr Amen suggests like magnesium and chromium picolinate and vitamin D and alpha lipoid acid and also a probiotic. My health ia better than it’s ever been, and  and I I have tons of energy.i have to say I’ve been thinking if trying everyday stress relief and serotonin mood support for quite sometime and I finally called my doctor and got the okay. My doctor is very opened minded and gives me much freedom. Thank you Zoe

Excuse me I take 4 pills of everyday stress relief. So happy with results. Plus my mouth isn’t so darn dry.  It’s a relief to not struggle between being tired all the time and nervous. Thanks again
