Tinnitus

Good afternoon.  I am a new member and I am interested in knowing if there is music therapy for individuals who suffer with tinnitus?  I am recovering from a Labyrinthecotomy (removal of inner ear) however, I am still experiencing tinnitus and what I relate to as brain fog.  It is my understanding that tinnitus is the brain searching for sound and due to there being a lack of functional hearing or in my current state no hearing available in my left ear, I continue to have this frustrating humming and fullness in my head.  Any suggestions?
Thank you

Yes, listen to the brain enhancing music and see if that helps.  Also listen to the peak performance hypnosis audio to see if that can interrupt the noise.  Doing the brain healthy activities will help decrease the brain fog.

Thank you for asking the question. I will also try the suggestions.  I am hard of hearing across the spectrum in both ears with tinnitus that varies in loudness. My Dr told me it was more brain noise than an ear problem.
