Better Together

The focus and energy are increasing very slowly.

I have been learning all kinds of things these past few weeks. It has been very hard to wake up and move, but I am out of bed and up moving except for when it seems like I will fall asleep on my feet. At those times I allow myself rest (usually sleep) in 20 minute increments. Every day I am able to focus on what I am doing a little better and to convince myself to do more at a time. This is exciting to me. How long is a good amount of time to expect myself to stay awake all day and stay asleep at night? Rest time is down to twice a day or less.

This is SO exciting, archstu1! Every body is different, but you should continue to see incremental improvements, and often we see folks feeling significant improvement after a couple of months of living a more brain fit life, sometimes much sooner. Very happy for you! keep up the great work!
