thanks, you might remember I came to the forum seeking help with getting better sleep and found there isn’t much help for sleep. I also tried brainMD restful sleep with no beneficial help. The good news is I’m getting better sleep and it has nothing to do with BFL. BLF is interesting but I’m finished here and appreciate your help.
