where can i find tana’s shopping list to download as per lesson 3?

Thank You! I was also looking for Tana’s shopping list 🙂 so I got it from here. But I have a big doubt, I see in the list some of the ingredients she said we shouldn’t consume in lesson 3 (wheat bread, brown rice, eggs substitutes, soy milk, whole cornmeal, whole wheat tortillas, whole wheat flour, canola oil, dried fruit (I think this has a lot of sugar ) then she said only organic tofu) Can you help me clarify these items? thanks
Yes, you are right. That is a much more restrictive list than on the Amen Clinic website. Sorry for the confusion! Yes, you want to avoid those at least initially, and potentially long term depending on whether you have a negative reaction to them (mood, energy, cognitively, chemically). Nutrition is in some ways bio-individual, and it requires some process of eliminating and reintroducing to see if there are negative effects on any part of your health–body or mind.
