I just want to say Tana Amen is my official nutritionist. I haven’t met her but I get emails , read on Facebook and am doing the Brsin Warrior class. I already mentioned that I thought she was nuts at 1st, No one was going stop my soy and morning oatmeal and yogurt. Thank you Tana for insisting, especially soy. I have much more energy.
I now have protein smoothies for breakfast. I think I’ll try goats yogurt. how often can you have it? Thanks Dr Amen for telling me I can have one or two green teas a day. I had switched to coffee and a little diet soda becsuse of the cathechins in the green tea. Was felling lousy. Was drinking too much green tea before.1 or two green teas feels great. I would Facebook Tana but I deleted her by accident on my Facebook account I think.
