How many hours/days a week is recommended for the best results for table tennis? We just got a court at a nearby park and have incorporated it as part of our walks.We wanted a table but couldn’t fit it in the basement.We plan on playing all winter, coats and all! Thanks!

How wonderful! Depending on what other brain-stimulating activities you are doing, I would encourage you to play 2-3x/week for best benefit. To optimize brain health, aim for about 30 minutes at a time if it’s feasible for you. Hopefully this is an enjoyable activity for you, increasing the benefits with fun!
