I have had a problem with headaches for a long time and was wondering if you have supplements you recommend for this?

Headaches can be caused by a variety of factors. Although our general brain supplements can be helpful, I would encourage you to also look at hydration (water intake is often low in those suffering from chronic headaches), the possibility of any food allergies, getting adequate sleep, and managing your caffeine intake. If these have been addressed, you might consider doing an elimination diet to rule out any possible “triggers”  for your headaches. Do you notice any kind of pattern to them? Are they monthly? A certain time of day? Heat or cold triggered? Stress induced? Keeping a journal for a week or more to illuminate any patterns can be a helpful way to get to the bottom of these. Hope these suggestions help, and let us know how it goes! Best to you!

I too have had a long problem with headaches, mostly migraines. hydration was critical for me. I drink about 3 liters of water most days. I have found that my headaches are closely linked to my diet, my menstrual cycle, stress, and poor sleep. I have yet to look into food allergies, but I want to do this with a nutritionist. If you do a lg, it really does help point out what might be causes, and then you can begin to connect the dots with the help of a doctor/ headache specialist. I also did cranial-sacral therapy and that really helped dial down the pain. Now, if I have a headache, I can do yoga and massage my neck aat the base of my head to imitate cranial-sacral therapy. It helps a lot.😀
