I have Brain Type 8 and get anxious while taking stimulating supplements and am a bit sensitive to certain supplements. What do I mean by sensitive? So I tried Neurolink, just 1 capsule, and ended up with a very bad headache and had a very unnatural feeling in my head for about 4-5 hours post consumption. May be the effect of L-Tyrosine?
Ergo, on to plan B, I plan to now take Gaba Calming (to calm me) and Focus and Energy (for the focus) in the morning to get me going without getting over stimulated and anxious. In what sequence should I consume these? Should I take them together after breakfast? Or should I have Gaba calming first and have Focus and Energy after a while?
I have a sensitive stomach and hence prefer to take supplements post meals.
