For some of her recipes, Tana suggest cooking with a “stove top grill”. What exactly is that? The cast iron ones that sit on top of your gas or electric kitchen stove? There are also electric grills and/griddles available.
Yes, I believe she’s referring to the cast iron ones that you place over your stove, but you can also use electric ones if you prefer. However, avoid ones that are labeled as “non-stick” due to chemicals used in the manufacturing of these that are suspected to be carcinogenic and cause respiratory issues. Best! -Coach Zoe
