Saturated fats and coconut oil

I had some blood work and scored a bit high on saturated fats.I use grass fed butter and coconut oil.I do not use any of the bad fats except some that may slip through when occasionally eating out.
Is there a way to know if the high result is from the coconut oil or something going on in my liver?
Thanks!

There are many pieces at play as to why we may have high LDL or total cholesterol. In addition to making sure we are not taking in trans fats or processed oils in general, we have to make sure we are getting enough fiber through ample vegetables and low sugar fruits as well as water to help eliminate waste (including too much cholesterol). In addition, avoiding refined sugars and flours is essential as well as these can contribute to “bad cholesterol” as much as bad fats. Exercise, stress management, and restorative sleep are also key pieces. – Coach Zoe
