Ritalin (Methylphenidate) and Brain and Memory Power Interaction

I have been diagnosed with inattentive ADD and I’m taking Ritalin. As essential supplement I used to take NeuroVite Plus and Omega-3 Power then I’ve decided to take Brain & Memory Power. The result is:

After I take a packet I feel foggy and sleepy (specially in the mornings) but I feel so calm and I can speak more clearly whereas I’ve lost my sharp focus with Ritalin.

Do Ritalin and Brain and Memory Power Boost have interactions and somehow cancel out each other?

Love the progress. You can take them together. They will not cancel each other.

The problem is when I take them together (packet of the Brain and Memory Power and Ritalin), I feel so sleepy and drowsy.

I would be grateful if you could help me to find a solution.

Start the day with Ritalin, then add the other ones later in the day. You can even take the other ones at bedtime if they make you sleepy.
