Question using Restful Sleep

I have been using Restful Sleep for a couple of weeks and I do see progress but I have questions on how it should be used.  I was unsure of the dosage so I started with one, that helped me to sleep for a couple of hours so I went up to 2 and again I slept another couple of hours.  I noticed last night that I had very vivid dreams and I would wake up after each dream but managed to go back to sleep.  Is this a good sign that this will eventually help me to sleep all night and have dreams?   I have not had dreams (maybe one or two) in the past 10 years.  I had trouble at the age of 47 and that has been the case I am now 65.  I have used .25 of Xanax which also gives me 4 hours.  I do notice a calm feeling with Restful Sleep during the day which is opposite of the Xanax.  I have stopped taking the Xanax hoping for a more normal sleep cycle!  Quality of sleep is important.

I am glad you stopped taking Xanax. I am not a fan of it.  If the dreams are positive or neutral, it is a good sign.  You can take up to 4 a day, and sometimes it is ok to also add magnesium glycinate 200-400mg.

The dreams were neutral (what I can remember of them) what if they are not?
I think your program is great and thank you, the information you give is priceless.
