Question about the brain games

Is there a certain way or order I should be using the brain games or just click on whichever one I feel like playing?  Is there a certain amount of time each day I should be using the brain games?

Good questions, I’d like to know the answers too.
Also, I listen to the “Strengthen My Mind” music, while I’m filling out my journal, and while playing games. Am I getting the benefits from the music in doing so?

Multi-tasking always has the problem of the brain not being 100% engaged in simultaneous activities. It is not a good idea. However, if there are two I had to choose, journaling and listening to music may be the best activities to group together. Both do not require much concentration, and the two may complement each other.

However, the brain games are meant to require your full attention. I would be hard pressed to say I fully egaged myself with the music while attempting to balance a ball on a board with a 30 second time limit.

Thank you so much. I thought the music might be designed to strengthen/heal
subliminally, while completing tasks. So glad I asked, I’ll give the games 100% of my focus!

Hi,
I am having a problem with the games. I cant get them to start just a blank screen. any suggestions?

Make sure you have “Flash” player downloaded.  It takes mine a couple of minutes to start up.

This is an excellent question. There are a couple of ways to go about playing the games.
1. (The best way) Take the webneuro assessment, and look at the results. There will be recommendations for the games to play based upon your results.
2. Each game has areas (e.g. memory) it was made for. If there is an area you want to target, click on the “Learn More” button. You will see the associated area(s) in the lower left hand corner.

I read 10 minutes a day, 3 times a week, can show results. What is the optimal time per day?
