Setting our intentions actually can shift how we move in the world and respond to what happens to us. This can actually “rewire” our brains over time, so it’s no small thing! Thanks for sharing your intention, amyFrances!

I tend to be the most productive on weekends, but with our sunny weather we have been having in California I may just want to relax at the beach 🙂
AmyFrances I hope you accomplish what you set out to do tomorrow!

Brennie, I agree, rainy days and Mondays, can get me down, but, I read on with my Miracle paqe, and that motivates me.

Coach Zoe what do you mean by setting our intentions? Is this the same as goal setting?

Good question! I guess I think of “intentions” as more of the emotional parallel to goals, which I think of as more tangible and action-oriented. For example, my intention might be to feel more supported by friends, so my goal might be to engage in more social activities that invite that intention to have a place to be put into practice! Just the way I think of it! Use whatever language makes sense to you. 🙂
