Meditation generally has a systemic effect, so can be useful for multiple activities, but performance meditation is more focused on a specific part of your life that you are wanting to set greater intention around. If your specific intention is around an event, such as a test, a presentation, interview, etc. I would suggest using the performance meditation daily for at least several days before the event. For multiple upcoming events, I would focus on one each day or combining focal points within your meditation to incorporate the multiple events.
If the performance goal is something broader, such as finding a healthy relationship, changing career course, or becoming more financially successful, the performance meditation could be used more long term, as part of your regular meditation. I hope that helps! Let us know how it goes for you!
