Noxitropin PM and other sleep-related exercise supplements

During the middle of the night,

I made the mistake of taking Noxitropin PM. The good news is I now know that I will never have to take it again. I’ve experienced grogginess and headaches this morning. I really do not want to go to a clinic or a hospital. What are your suggestions for curing a daytime headache? Specifically, without the use of medications and/or over-the-counter drugs. I also want to make sure that I do not experience any side effects after, accidentally, taking the Phenibut. I also know that it’s all in the mind. I am never taking Phenibut again. I do not need to. Will greatly appreciate the advice and suggestions. Thanks.

Hydration is key for alleviating headaches naturally. Adding fresh grated ginger to the water should help as well. To help flush the system, eat plenty of dark leafy greens today and avoid any additional toxins through your food (processed, sugary, artificial sweeteners, etc.). Focus on fresh vegetables, clean protein, and healthy fats, plenty of filtered water, and try to get outside for a brisk walk and fresh air. If you are in need of medical care, or are concerned about your symptoms, please contact your doctor. Take care- Coach Zoe
