Do you have any supplements that will help muscle spasms or is there a certain food to eat?

Muscle spasms are commonly indicative of dehydration or insufficient minerals magnesium or potassium. I would make sure you are getting enough water throughout the day (half your body weight in ounces of water is minimal), as well as magnesium-rich foods like sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and dark leafy greens and potassium-rich foods such as green veggies, beets, and sweet potato. A supplement of magnesium can often help (our BrainMD chewable one is a great combination of several forms of magnesium), and avoiding any food allergens or sensitivities (if known) is essential as well.  Hope this helps! -Zoe
