There are many supplements that can ease symptoms of menopause, including black cohosh and maca. I’m a fan of Femmenessence, a maca and potassium supplement for perimenopause and menopause. Please be sure to always talk to your doctor about starting any herbal supplements as some are contraindicated with prescription medications. Best!
