Are there specific activities that help with short term memory and is there an order in which the activities need to be done? I have heard of ‘memory coaches’ but would like to know what a memory coach does.

The order does not need to be specific, but consistency is key. Try to do these or other memory games several times a week to boost efficacy.
It is my understanding that memory coaches can give you specific tricks/tools to help boost your memory of data including people’s names, numbers, etc.
