If you celebrate Thanksgiving or Gratitude Day, did anyone of you try a holiday dish with a healthier twist this year? The big hits at my gathering were mashed garlic cauliflower with ghee, and pumpkin pie sweetened with stevia and a pecan-only crust. So easy and so delicious! Family and friends didn’t even notice the ‘missing’ ingredients!
