Would you provide some direction on what reasons to use the blue light vs the white light on the Brain MD light therapy lamp?

Thanks for the important question, Erin! The blue light has been found to be more effective at lower levels of brightness than the white light at higher levels of brightness. That means you can get the same, or better, benefits with less intensity using the blue light mode.
However, some people simply prefer the brighter white light for themselves, and since the white light contains some blue light (remember white light contains the full color spectrum), it still has a good effect on mood and motivation, but will need to be used at the higher intensity of brightness.
