Let’s Share Healthy Holiday Meals

Anyone have a great holiday meals that they have adapted to make brain healthy? Please share them here! Here are a few of my family favorites:

  1. Cole slaw with purple and green cabbages, kale, radishes, jicama, and avocado “mayo” tossed with sprouted pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and goji berries
  2. Baked coconut yams/sweet potatoes/beets
  3. Organic turkey with a ton of fresh herbs (chopped up very finely thanks the help of many hands in the kitchen!)
  4. Pumpkin pie sweetened with pure stevia leaf with a pecan crust OR baked pear with cinnamon and ghee
