I have increased my water intake by adding fruit such as strawberries and blueberries and cucumber to my water glass- it’s delicious and refreshing in this summer heat!

Berries are great! And I also love fresh ginger, lime, and mint! Yum!

Right now, I am using Pineapple and making a half gallon jug for the fridge every night before bed.  By morning, it is well infused and good to go.

I add 1 cup of any fruit or any fruit combination (just one cup).  I very briefly rinse the fruit, if I am concerned about possible added sugar, on days I don’t have time that day to cut up fresh fruit.

I use water out of a 5 level filtration machine we have on every floor here.  We are health nuts here  ;

There are infusion cups and infusion pitchers available commercially, which are BPA free to avoid the plastic issue during infusion.  Some can be pricey.  There are more reasonably priced BPA free plain pitchers.  Soaking in the fridge overnight gets around that

I tried add a nickname to keep my e mail off of here, but it did not take.  I cannot believe how behind I have gotten on software since I medically retired in 2013.  The VA website is so user friendly and quick it scared me at first.  Six months ago it was a disaster.  That  all happened after the McCain/Isaakson VA Authorization bill. It has really sped things up.
