I purchased the Memory Rescue package and thought that I was get something special with the web pages that were included. The book and the DVD’s that were in the package are great. However, the web page does not work, I do the Neuro test and get nothing, Know My Numbers does not remember my numbers (it needs a Memory Rescue). The JIM KAROL’S MEMORY MASTER COURSE, the first three videos are about remembering a number and then a bunch of thing that “somehow relate to that number. The articles are at least three years old. It seems to me that the web pages were created and then abandoned. I still have a few more months on my subscription, I hope at least I see a recently written article.

In terms of brain fit score, the higher the number the more you are doing to optimize your brain health. Downloading your individualize plan will give you ideas about how to optimize brain health and increase your total brain fitness (thus increasing your brain fit score), no matter what type you are. Hope that helps!
