How can I get to the end of the brain assessment test and get my results?

I’ve taken it twice now all the way to what appears to be the next to the last segment — I then get bounced back to the beginning and same thing again — is this how it’s supposed to work? When do we see our results?

BVG0214, no that isn’t how it should work. I have taken the test all the way to the end and then it calculates your results. I hope someone will help you with the tech glitch you’re experiencing!

Are you re-taking the Brain Health Assessment or re-taking the Webneuro Cognitive Assessment?

thank you for your reply — I am talking about the Webneuro test that takes quite a while to complete…

so, a third attempt has been made to get the webneuro to take me through until the end result… and I got through 13 of the 15 segments and when I got to the maze (14th segment), it froze — arrghhhh frustrating!!!!!

I was never able to get my assessments, either. I’m plowing ahead anyway.
