How can I access Thought Tamer?
Under “Train My Brain” tab, click on “Brain Games”. For a list of games that help with challenging thoughts, click on “Be More Positive” category on the left hand side. Best! -Coach Zoe

I found Thought Challenger but not Thought Tamer as recommended in Mindfulness Meditation.

Watch the Mindfulness Meditation Exercise “Thoughts and Controlling Them”.
It recommends using “Thought Tamer” in conjunction with “Thoughts and Controlling Them”. Secondly, it recommends further challenging your thoughts using “Thought Tamer”. Finally, at the end of the exercise, it recommends using “Thought Tamer” to further train my brain.

Under Brain Games tab, go to the Mindfulness Meditation category, to the “Thoughts and Controlling Them” exercise, and it references “Thought Tamer” three times during and at the end of the exercise. This “Thought Tamer” exercise could really benefit me and others when used in conjunction with “Thoughts and Controlling Them”!
I hope that you can access the same Brain Games exercises as a staff person that I can as a user!
