This recipe sounds wonderful!

I have recently found out that I’m allergic to eggs, so I’ve been trying to find recipes like this that work without the eggs as binder.  Any suggestions would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

I’ve Googled and found some…but maybe someone out there has experience you could share?

Here are a few substitutes for eggs. I have tried the tofu, and have heard pretty good reviews about the others:

1. Silken Tofu: Use 1/4 cup of puréed tofu per 1 egg

2. Flax Seed: 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds and 3 tablespoons of water per 1 egg

3. Baking Soda and Vinegar:
Use 1 teaspoon of baking soda mixed with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar per 1 egg

Happy baking!
