I had my right thyroid removed in 1986, then in 2005 I had my left thyroid & the paras( cancerous) removed. In talking to my Dr. last week we saw a little imbalance so we changed to 60 mg 4 days & 90 mg ( Armour Thyroid) 3 days.  I wondered about doing thyroid antibodies test & she said no need since I have Hashimoto so my question what to eat & what NOT to eat. I have been tired more than usual is that why?

Yes, that could be why. Tune in this week to the Brain Warrior’s Way Live Class, we’ll talk about gut health and its connection to the thyroid.  Avoid gluten, corn and dairy.

I have been tested several times for thyroid problems but everyone keeps telling me that my levels are normal.
