So my husband and I have been trying different ways to get healthy and to follow the Omni- diet plan and several other plans for more recipe options. We are a very busy family with a toddler and it is so hard to plan, prep and cook healthy stuff all the time or make sure that you have healthy stuff on hand all the time. How do you break the addiction to fast food, junk food and over eating? What do you do when you have a 2 year old that wont eat much of anything especially healthy food? Is there a starter plan week by week to get people started eating healthier?
