I’ve read green tea has cathechins in it that can slow down your thyroid. Thanks to Tana I stopped soy which I was taking a lot of. This also messes up your thyroid. Is it really true about green tea slowing down your thyroid.? Tana says more than one cup of coffee is bad black tea has fluoride in it I think . What to drink? I’ve tried everything, I’m guessing healthy smoothies and water. Any suggestions?
