Getting the most from MBFL

Hi, I’m new to the MBFL. I started about a month ago. I tested as having a type 8 brain. I was way excited to learn about this course and to get started. But now I’m feeling I may not be getting the most from this course. I check my daily assignments every day and fill them out. I read an article now and then and play the mind games. But I feel that I might be missing out on more ways to improve and get involved. I was under the impression that I would possibly have daily coach support and such. Perhaps getting connected on Better Together is a step in the right direction.

What do you guys do to feel you are getting the most from this experience?

In addition to the daily journal, various videos, audios, brain games, recipes,  and community forums, you can use the “Ask a Coach” posting thread to ask questions and get personalized support along the way. Let us know what area you are working on (sleep, exercise, nutrition, social connections, spiritual growth, creativity, new learning, etc.) and how we can support you!
