In the beginning, I was able to play the games quite well. But now they run so slow that I cannot play them. For example: on Cloeys game, the bubbles, I’ve got to click several times to pop a bubble, and then I miss a number at that. On the puzzle game, I can’t pick up the pieces, and only get one or two in place before time runs out. What’s the matter? How can I get the games to work faster?

I tried to play my first game today but nothing happened. Do I need a traditional mouse to play the games? (I have a touch-pad and nothing I did affected the screen) thanks!

Have contacted tech support before about this as well. Games do not work well on my tablet. They hang and time out. Stopped playing because it is too frustrating. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear as though anything gets fixed by contacting tech support. I will not be renewing my subscription. Your site needs a better overall design! I’ve told you before, you are going to loose customers because of this… such a shame.
