I dance around two to three hours week , not strenuous, but play table tennis with people that never want to stop and play hard. How many hours of table tennis a week would you suggest? Have a tendency to get a sore neck.
Trust your body, but playing a couple of times per week if your body is able would be beneficial to reap the benefits. However, dancing is a great alternative, as it encourages coordination, new learning, and gets your heart rate going!
