You can mix fiber-rich foods and other nutrients with this delicious spice, and some studies find turmeric is best absorbed with black or white pepper (piperine is often what you see in supplements with curcumin, dervied from turmeric).
In terms of fiber’s effect on absorption of nutrients, it can go either way– either enhancing (as in iron) or detracting from absorption (as in calcium). To be safe, I would take your multivitamin away from your fiber supplement, and in the context of a varied whole foods diet rich in nutrition.
