Hello,
I have exercised for years…attended many gyms but not really understanding the dos & don’t s of a safe routine. The following are my questions:
- Should I exercise as soon as I wake up in the morning, before eating, before actually having moved around?
- Should I exercise as close as 2 hours before going to bed?
- Is it correct to exercise right before eating or right after eating?
