Hi, is it bad to eat 1/4 of a cup of organic egg whites daily? Is it bad for cholesterol, or anything else?

Not at all (cholesterol raising myths about eggs have been debunked), and I would recommend eating the whole egg, as the yolk provides an array of vitamins including B12, A, D, E, and K while the egg white contains protein. With eggs (as with all food), the quality really matters! Make sure that you are eating free range, organic eggs, as the omega 3 content is significantly higher than in eggs from conventionally raised chickens. To maintain the most nutrient integrity in your eggs, eat them poached, or soft boiled. Enjoy! – Coach Zoe
