This might be better suited to another category, but I’ve noticed that it doesn’t matter what size the bubble is – there are always five green pips that explode outward when the positive word bubble is popped.  I’m assuming that’s equal to the point reward for popping those bubbles, an assumption I’ll test next time I play. For higher levels, it might be a better challenge to have the positive words in the smaller bubbles, or increase the point gain or loss for words in larger or smaller bubbles, in order to increase focus on both the word itself and its associated emotion.
