Dx conundrum

Over the last 18 months my life and world have been turned upside down. Due to confusion and inability to remember, I have had to give up my profession of counseling in the mental health field. This “brain fog” as I referred to it led me to  my doctor which led me to a nurologist and a rhumotolgist. Brain scans showed a Benign Meningioma which doctors dismissed as the problem. Further testing did show a “normal brain” scan with no signs of dementia thank you, God. Since then, however, I have had several pre cancer spots removed and my opthamologist discovered what he calls a freckle behind my eye he said needs to be closely watched. Am I just being paranoid to think 2 + 2 usually equals 4? I had no issues before the symptoms of the tumor which was not there a year ago. Advise and or suggestions??

Thanks for reaching out. My advice would be to follow the brain and body healthy protocols suggested here to keep your immune system functioning well and support your energy and mental stamina. Additionally, be sure to regularly participate in stress relieving activities (fun, creativity, socializing, being in nature, etc.), and avoid any potential allergens (food or environmental) which could exacerbate or contribute to your overall health and energy (physical and mental) level. I would also encourage you to seek the support of a functional medicine practitioner or integrative physician to make sure your whole health is considered moving forward. Best to you! – Coach Zoe

Sasse_nach, I’m pretty sure everyone who reads your post here, wishes you well, and maybe sends up a prayer for you, too.   Peace to you!
